I can, well kinda. I half good, still practicing. 
This is one I drew on the computer. But it has no outline of the face. Just drew the eyes and the mouth. I learned how to draw anime by reading a book. It says the eyes are one of the most important things because anime characters are known for their big shiny eyes. Very hard drawing anime on Gimp.
